  • Arrival & departure:
    Rooms are ready for occupancy from 14:00
    Check-out please by 10:00
    Arrival after 18:00? Please inform us by phone.
  • Meal times:
    Breakfast from 7:00 to 10:00 am
    Dinner between 18:30 and 19:30
  • Non-smoking property:
    smoking is not permitted indoors. Please smoke only on the balcony or outdoors.
  • Holidays with dogs:
    pets are welcome upon prior request. We charge € 20.00 per day for your four-legged friend (food not included).
Booking information
  • Booking:
    Your booking becomes binding upon written confirmation and transfer of the deposit
  • Payment:
    Cash, credit/debit card or check (the day before departure)
  • Travel cancellation insurance:
    For € 3.50 per person per day, you can cancel your trip free of charge up to the day of arrival in case of illness or unforeseen events
  • Cancellation conditions:
    Up to 30 days before arrival: free cancellation possible
    29 to 15 days before arrival: 30% of the total price
    14 to 7 days before arrival: 45%
    6 days to 1 day before arrival: 80%
    In case of no-show, late arrival or early departure: 100% of the total price

  • Hotel:
    prices are per person per day in a double room, including access to the wellness area and half board, plus local tourist tax
  • Apartments & Blockhaus:
    prices are for 2 people with a minimum stay of 3 nights, plus final cleaning and tourist tax. Each additional person: € 30.00 per night. Use of the Anewandter wellness area is included.
  • Local tourist tax (per person over 14 years per day):
    this tax must be paid directly on site
