For € 3.50 per person per day, you can cancel your trip free of charge up to the day of arrival in case of illness or unforeseen events - Cancellation conditions:
Up to 30 days before arrival: deposit will be retained as a fee
29 to 15 days before arrival: 30% of the total price
14 to 7 days before arrival: 45%
6 days to 1 day before arrival: 80%
In case of no-show, late arrival or early departure: 100% of the total price

prices are per person per day in a double room, including access to the wellness area and half board, plus local tourist tax - Apartments & Blockhaus:
prices are for 2 people with a minimum stay of 3 nights, plus final cleaning and tourist tax. Each additional person: € 30.00 per night. Use of the Anewandter wellness area is included. - Local tourist tax (per person over 14 years per day):
this tax must be paid directly on site
