In the evening, things quiet down here – and become truly delicious. Our kitchen serves up a five-course menu, clearly conceived and elegantly prepared. Accompanied by a seasonal salad buffet. With quality ingredients, South Tyrolean roots and innovative ideas: sometimes traditional, sometimes surprising – but never contrived.
You can dine wherever you enjoy it most. In the rustic dining room, or in one of the parlours from our “Stubenwelt”. The Jägerstube, Bauernstube or Tiroler Stube each enchant with their unique atmosphere.
We regularly host themed evenings, regional specialities or a dessert buffet no one can resist. And when the weather plays along, the garden becomes a stage: an aperitif in the open air, a summer evening under string lights, live music – and the certainty that you’re in just the right place.
