Arrival & Departure
On the day of your arrival, the room will be ready for you as of 2:00 pm.
We kindly ask that you vacate your room by 10:00 am on the day of your departure.
Please let us know by phone, should you arrive after 6 pm.
Meal Times
You can enjoy the breakfast buffet from 7:30 am to 9:30 am.
Dinner is served between 6:30 pm and 7:30 pm.
Prices
All prices quoted in Euro and apply per person and night in a double room. Included are admission to our wellness area, half-board with an opulent breakfast buffet and a 5 course dinner with salad buffet in the evening. Lodging, bed linen, heating, hot water, electricity, final cleaning, and all fees and taxes, with the exception of visitor’s tax, are included.

Short stay weekend
5€ supplement per person per day for a short stay of 1 or 2 nights with arrival Friday or Saturday.
Visitor’s Tax
On the 1st of January, 2014, visitor’s tax was introduced in South Tyrol (Accommodation Levy of Municipality, LG No. 9, dated 16. May 2012). The revenue is invested in the construction and maintenance of infrastructures and services, as well as for the organisation of cultural and sports events.
Visitor’s tax amounts to 3.00 Euro per person (ages 14 and up) per day.

To confirm your reservation, please transfer a deposit.
Payments
Please pay your bill in cash (only up to Euro 1999,99), by credit / debit card or check on the day prior to your departure.
Booking
The reservation only becomes effective with our written confirmation and payment of the deposit.

Group discounts available.
Families and groups should ask for special discounts while filling in the enquiry form.
Non-smoking facility
Smoking is not permitted in the entire complex. Please smoke on the balconies or outside.
Terms of Cancellation
...and suddenly something changes...
In the event of cancellations up to 30 days prior the date of arrival, the deposit will be retained to cover processing charges. 29 to 15 days prior 30% fee. 14 to 7 days prior 45% fee. 6 to 1 day prior 80% fee In the event of no-show, delayed arrival or early departure, the full price will be charged (100%). The percentages refer to the total amount due for the booked vacation. Place of jurisdiction is Bozen.

The HOLIDAYPASS Premium includes:
free use of all public South Tyrolean transport: city buses, ski buses, regional trains and some ski lifts (Rio Pusteria–Maranza/Mühlbach–Meransen, Bolzano–Renon/Bozen–Ritten).
It also includes a colorful weekly program.
